had a big ol rectangle of concrete under the grass in one bit of my back garden, fairly near the house.
I was having the whole garden done in artificial lawn and assumed this was some kind of base that a shed or something once stood, so asked workmen to rip it up completely and get rid.
when work began, workmen couldn't make a dent in the thing. came back next day with better tools. managed to get through just one bit.....which turned out to just be a later added 'lid'.
underneath was a small spiral concrete staircase leading into a big airv raid bunker type thing.
I'm not talking about an air raid 'shelter'.
this was three big rooms that you could walk about in.
one had a desk and chair in, one was empty and the other had a bath in!
there was some kind of pulley system thing up in one corner of the rooms too.

Garden is about 100 metres long and my dad chased him off with a piece of wood in his bare feet after the bloke had put the gun to a mates head.

The other day my mum and I found a watch down the side of the sofa. We had no idea whose it was - I asked all most mates who had been over and it was no ones.
Then my brother in law called me asking if I fancied Leicester away (that’s his team). We chatted for a bit and he said mate "I lost my watch" turned out it was his watch we found

I found a men's wrist watch under the sofa once, I never wear watches, so I thought I'd have that.
